The Commercial Price List gets updated quarterly with new sales data and covers commercial properties across the Peel Region, including Mississauga, Brampton, and Caledon.

Due to a limited scope of this report, we can only cover a small market to track the quarterly prices. The report covers the price of condominium office, retail, and industrial units to reflect ongoing per-square-foot values in the peel region.Pre-construction properties sold in previous years show up on the list with the current closing date as a sale date. The sale price does not reflect the true present value of the property in the current market.

Freehold properties are excluded, as land size and zoning would otherwise distort the per-square-foot rate of the building itself.
